A rigorous methodology, from framing to maintenance
On a SaaS product, what makes the difference isn't code quality: it's the quality of structural decisions made before the first line is written. Data model, module boundaries, security choices, testing strategy: those decisions commit the product for years. Our process exists to make them in the right order, at the right time, with the right people.
The main steps

Discovery & framing
Business needs understanding, user identification and journeys, technical and regulatory constraints, initial scope estimation. This stage produces a shared framing document that serves as a reference for everything that follows.

Functional and architectural design
Data model definition, architecture choices, security strategy, authentication and authorization model, code and review conventions. All structural choices are validated by seniors before any code is written.

AI-supervised development
Code production under continuous review. AI accelerates repetitive tasks (boilerplate generation, simple refactorings, unit tests). Every structural decision remains validated by a senior. Client demos every two to three weeks with hot scope adjustments if needed.

Testing and quality
Automated tests at every level (unit, integration, user journey), systematic peer review among seniors, security checks, WCAG accessibility verification, performance. No production deployment without a full test suite pass.

Delivery and production deployment
Production infrastructure preparation, automated deployment, user and administrator training, technical documentation handover. The client receives a working product and the knowledge to operate it.

Maintenance and evolutive support
Incident monitoring, security update deployment, evolutive adjustments as business needs change. Monthly engagement or on-demand interventions depending on your evolution pace.
Our AI oversight approach
Generative AI has transformed code production. We use it daily, but under strict conditions: architecture validated upfront, systematic senior code review, and assumed refusal of suggestions that introduce technical debt.
Estimation and pricing
A reliable price requires upfront framing. That's why we don't display generic ranges: every SaaS project has scope, business complexity and constraints that make average estimates meaningless. Our approach unfolds in three stages. First, a free initial discussion to understand your need. Then a paid framing workshop that produces the functional specifications. At the end of the framing, we can provide a price range estimate, useful to decide whether to commit to a detailed firm estimate.
Tracking your project
Our clients have a personal tracking space where they review progress, communicate with the team and access their documents. This space becomes the primary communication channel, replacing email threads and shared spreadsheets.
